As a proud Arizona native, Kenny Flack, MBA, is honored to bring care home and serve the community through the Arizona Counseling and Therapy Center. 

With over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, Kenny has worked across admissions, business development, marketing, billing, and operations. That breadth of experience shapes how he leads: he understands the full picture of what it takes to deliver care that actually works.

Kenny founded ACT Center out of a passion for helping people get real help and real outcomes through the hard work of recovery. His goal is to build a practice grounded in a great culture, clinical excellence, innovation, and a genuine commitment to creating healing environments that lead to lasting change.

Kenny earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and previously served on the Scottsdale Youth Community Coalition board. He also mentors emerging leaders across the healthcare industry, helping develop the next generation of people committed to this work.
