As the Chief Clinical Officer for Arizona Counseling and Therapy Services, Randall serves as the primary architect of the organization’s clinical vision, seamlessly integrating high-stakes administrative leadership with a sophisticated mastery of complex therapeutic interventions.

A career defined by executive stewardship, Randall’s professional trajectory includes the operational oversight of a premier psychiatric hospital and the founding of Southwest Counseling & Consulting. As a CEO and elite consultant, he has spent decades advising healthcare agencies on the nuances of regulatory compliance, institutional quality, and sustainable clinical growth, earning a reputation as one of Arizona’s most trusted voices in behavioral health governance.

Randall’s influence reaches the highest tiers of national healthcare and military readiness. As an Accreditation Specialist for the Council on Accreditation (COA), he holds the critical responsibility of evaluating and accrediting Military Family Readiness Programs for both the National Guard and Active-Duty military. This elite role underscores his command of rigorous national standards and his unwavering commitment to the resilience of our nation’s service members and their families.

With over two decades of distinguished experience, Randall holds a Master of Education in
Counseling from Northern Arizona University and maintains an expansive portfolio of national board certifications. As a National Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC), he is a renowned subject matter expert in the comprehensive landscape of dual diagnosis and addiction recovery. His work transcends traditional chemical dependency, specializing in the integrated treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders and behavioral compulsions through a trauma-informed lens. His dual certifications as a Community Health Worker (CHW) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) further highlight a career-long dedication to holistic, community-wide wellness.
